The Nojoum Program offers sovereign airlines an optimized finance lease. Member country airlines get low-cost acquisition financing. Nojoum provides a single traunch, 100% debt finance lease resulting in balance sheet building through asset ownership leading to sustainable economic development.

The Islamic Corporation for Investment & Export Credit ("ICIEC") is a Moody's Aa3 rated multilateral institution. ICIEC's shareholding is comprised of its member countries. Due to the shareholding, ICIEC benefits from a Preferred Creditor Status ("PCS") for all insured transactions. ICIEC also benefits from the the Islamic Development Bank's ("ISDB"), cross default policy. In most of the member countries, the IsDB is a leading financier crucial to economic development. The IsDB is a Moody's AAA rated institution.
